Hi everyone,
I would like to know if it is possible to set up a 2 factor authentication in a local grafana, in other words, that doesn’t have a public domain on internet.
I was thinking to use something like google authenticator.
I am using grafana in the version 7 at CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003.
It may not be exactly what you’re looking for, but I’ve configured my local install to authenticate through my company’s Google Apps subscription, which requires 2FA. All you have to do is uncomment a few lines in the config file. There are plenty of other authentication provider examples in the config file as well.
@tobyvarland glad to know that there is a workaround to configure 2FA in local installed Grafana. Can you share any documentation which I can follow and configure my Grafana for 2FA?
I am using Opensource Grafana 9.0.x in Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS.
