It was on roadmap on Mar '18 but today it is not available.
Configuring the alert in the dashboard shows this error message:
“The datasource does not support alerting queries”
but it seems that anyway grafana could send the email. Only the first email.
No other mails are generated
This is the error i get on firing the event
“tsdb.HandleRequest() error Could not find executor for data source type: vertamedia-clickhouse-datasource”
This is what i get on testing the rule

Anyway IT WORKS!!! It sends also other mails when firing is true depending on the setup
but there is always the Error message

2) Cannot understand why sometimes it shows a “no data” image and there are values above the threshold or i get an image that shows only a part of the GRAPH with series under the threshold without showing the main interesting series that are above the threshold.
3) The status remain in state “Alerting” also when values becomes under the threshold.
It needs only to solve these 3 problems and it will works well.
the point 3) is the most important. I had a set up with an alert for temperature above 80° Celsius. The first time i have above the threshold i get “pending” status and then the “alerting” status and i receive the email.
but then when the temperature goes under 80° …75, 70,65…the status remain “alerting” and there is no way to get “ok” status.
I have to put in pause the alert rule and then start the rule again to have a new “pending” status and a new “alerting” status and so a new email for the new threshold event.
Any help about alerting?
