Error reading InfluxDB

Hello,
I’m a NOOB and I’m using Grafana Cloud (v8.0.4) and InfluxDB Cloud (version bca3f20).

I’m trying to connect to InfluxDB from Grafana using the Flux query language and I’m getting “Error reading InfluxDB” when saving.
I’m not sure what is wrong.
Appreciate all the help I can get.

I don’t know the cloud setup. But can you check that the influx service is running with for instance “ps” or "lsof -i "

What do you have in these boxes? FWIW, I have my URL as http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8086
