Grafana poor WEB UI

Hi,
I have installed Grafana (2.6.0+dfsg-1) on VPS Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS (GNU/Linux 2.6.32-042stab141.3 x86_64), yet web UI is very poor, almost no buttons, hard to configure anything, picture related

You have installed a really old (4 years old) and broken version of Grafana that has never been supported by us. You should follow the instructions here instead to install Grafana on Ubuntu. The latest version is 6.7.2.
