I use SQL Server + Telegraph + Grafana.
Also, to receive data from the SQL server, I use custom counters based on sp_Usercounter1 to which I transfer the necessary data, so I get data in the perfmon.
Question - how to write a request in Grafana so that this data starts to be displayed on the dashboard?
