Not able to create new user to Organization

Hello,
I have created new Org so it has one admin user. But I need to add some more users as a editors & viewer so I did the following:
Configuration–>Users–>invite
here I am entering email or username, name and its role(Viewer or Editor)–>invite
but its working why ? it still showing pending invites as shown in the image.


so please help me how this going to see the dashboards graphs or other, is there any link to provide him or what ? And how will add new users to new organization ?
please help me I am very thankful in advance.

To be able to invite users, you need to set up SMTP. You don’t have to email users to add them though. Have you looked at the Create users and teams tutorial?
