Unable To Load Image via Text Panel

Hi,

I have setup Grafana in 3 different Windows OS pc (1 unit: Windows Server 2012 R2, 1 unit: Windows 10, 1 units Windows 7).

My problem, I unable to load image via Text Panel from all those Windows pc.

I have another Grafana setup runs on Raspbian Buster. For this one, I have no problem to load url image via Text Panel.

Appreciate support and response on this.Thank you.
