Add contextual information to the values in a panel

Is possible to add contextual information to the values in the panel?

I have textual values related to each point that I want to make visible in the contextual panel.

have you found a solution? I’m trying to do the same with a mysql query.
I want to display a list of runtimes of buildjobs and when I hover it I would like to see some number from the test results.
