[Bug] Override relative time

Hi,

If you select a time range with the mouse in a panel (meanings “from” and “to” are set with absolute timestamps), then all panels are overrided by this time range, even those set in their panel’s time range tab with a “Override relative time” like “Last 4 hour”, which should not happen.

It doesn’t make sense for me. If I specify an override time in a panel, this is to avoid the main timeframe selected by the user.

Are you sure about that? Is this documented somewhere?
