Can I sum (multiply, divide) values from elasticsearch and graphite

I often find myself in the situation where I would like to combine values from two different data-providers (in my case Elasticsearch and Graphite) into one value. Is there some way to accomplish this?

Maybe you can use the meta queries plugin? Haven’t tried it myself though.
