I install Grafana cloud in my Ubuntu 18.04 64.
I update plug by “grafana-cli plugins update-all” in my Ubunt. However, when I “service grafana-server restart”, nothing changed.
When I “service grafana-server stop”, my Grafana.net keep working. It seesm my Grafana.net is not conneted to my linux.
How to restart my grafana service?

I do not understand what you mean by “installing Grafana cloud”.
Grafana cloud is an online service which you use without having to install
anything on your own machine.
Please tell us exactly what you did to install Grafana on your computer.

I saw there is local Grafana. Therefore, I cannot figure it runs on local or cloud.
I use Multistat v1.7.1, Pie Chart v1.6.1,Treemap V0.8.0 and want to update.
I run these commands:
grafana-cli plugins update-all
service grafana-server restart
But the plugins keep the original versions.
Thanks for your help
