Yes, it is possible to do some customization’s on the panel by using the Boom Plugin. Please check Boom Theme plugin for Grafana | Grafana Labs as it describe a detailed guide as how to use it.

Hi. Thank you. Yes, I tried this. I just have concern, how can I use an image from my local? It seems that online images are perfectly working but for local images it doesn’t work on my end.
You can ask on the plugin GitHub page as this is a community-based plugin and they might either know this limitation or have a workaround.
Also, I am not 100% sure (as I have not used this plugin in detail) but if the plugin is only able to pick images online then you can host your image on the server or even on your outlook drive and share its link, as this might be a workaround.
