Changing ${__user.id} global variable through URL

I would like to know if it’s possible to change the ${__user.id} variable in the query through the URL?
The reason i’m asking is because i would like to use the variable so that other user accounts can only see data related to them and not other workers. I don’t want someone to be able to change the ${__user.id} variable through the URL.

Where exactly do you want to use this user.id variable? e.g. in Panel Text or Panel Description?
