I’ve signed in cloud-based services such as Grafana&Prometheus on grafana.com.
But I can’t find out how to get an access to the tools like: web-console http://your_server_IP:9090/metrics|graph…, yml-settings files, etc…

Hi @glbetkey - with the cloud version of Grafana and Prometheus you don’t have “server admin”-level access to your instances. Check out the Grafana Cloud docs over here on how to set them up: https://grafana.com/docs/grafana-cloud/
