Discord notification Grafana 9 not working

I was able to setup discord channel but I think maybe somehow I miss something in the configuration of sending alert notification in discord channel. The contact points for discord is working fine, I have tested it and I got notification by test bot but I want to get the alert notification when it is alerting.
