can anyone please help me to create a template variable for elastic search?
Here are the templating docs for elasticsearch:

Here is an example of templated dashboard:
http://play.grafana.org/dashboard/db/elasticsearch-templated?orgId=1&var-source=site&var-host=server1&var-host=server2
To dashboard settings menu > templating and look at the variable definitions.
