Feature request: Query-enable dashboard time selection

I am reposting this request here as it seems more appropriate.

Feature request:

Query-enable dashboard From-time

Query-enable dashboard To-time

Query-enable dashboard Refresh Interval

(Or allow variables to be used)

We are in a situation where we want to view trends since last reset point to now (or between reset points). These timestamps are stored in an influxdb field. And it seems there is no way to do this in Grafana now.
