I have a question, how to configuration send email in grafana with zabbix data source? because when we config for send email in grafana with zabbix data source is not support, tha’s why ?

Zabbix datasource doesn’t support alerting now.
Zabbix can send emails directly. Just configure Zabbix trigger (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/3.4/manual/config/triggers), which will generate PROBLEM event, which will be processed by Zabbix action (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/3.4/manual/config/notifications/action), which will send you email.
There is no need to use Grafana alerting feature for Zabbix datasource. Also if you use Zabbix emails, then it’ll be more efficient with faster response time.
