when l want to add grafana-piechart-panel plugins withing the command “grafana-cli plugins install grafana-piechart-panel”, the result is failed with the following error information,could anyone l help!

make sure your server has access to the internet. Otherwise install grafana on a server that do have interent access and then copy the contents of /var/lib/grafana/plugins over to the computer without internet access.
