Grafana Configure External Group Sync

Hi,

We installed grafana enterprise version and using SAML to do authentication.
Now we want to enable Configure external group sync in each org. we follow this guide and have set assertionattributegroups to the attribute name where we store user groups. The SAML authentication way works well. However when we trying to use groups=<saml_external_group_name> to sync external group as team. it doesn’t work.

So may l kindly ask how to sync external group as team for SAML?

I do not have too much info about the Grafana Enterprise.

A quick question, if it is possible for you to open a support ticket (as I believe that you are paying for the Enterprise version) then please do.
