Hey!
Is there a way to see in Grafana what dashboards are visited frequently and what are stale? I know that the internal API endpoint shows active users, admins etc, but is there a way to get more granular data?

Not currently - hopefully this will be something we work on in either 6.5 or 6.6.
There is a Google Analytics integration to connect to your Google Analytics account that might be useful in your case.
