help me with the properties need to enable in grafana.ini and values.

Hi there - you must have Grafana Server Admin permissions on a self-hosted Grafana instance to get to the .ini configuration file: Permissions | Grafana Labs

i have installed grafana by root user and yes i have the permission to access grafana.ini conifiguration file.
Gotcha - check the provisioning docs as there are some differences in config file location depending on packages used to deploy Grafana: Provisioning | Grafana Labs
