Grafana raw document plotting Issue

Hello,
I would be grateful if someone could help me with my issue.
I’m still new to grafana and I’ve built a pipeline using Mysql to kafka connect then elastic search and All I want is to plot the data passing by this pipeline and show it in grafana graph panel.
I was able to read those date point from elasticsearch using raw document

but i’m still having some struggles plotting them, I would be grateful if someone could help me.
