Grafana Sending Requests to "35.241.23.245" every 10 mins. How to disable it?

Hi,
I have noticed that Grafana is sending https requests to the following IP on regular intervals. I have disabled the configurations for reporting and analytics as well as Gavatar configs. But this request is still being published from Grafana server. I want to disable it for productionization. Moreover production mode is also set in grafana.ini

Updated Configs:
;reporting_enabled = false
;check_for_updates = false
;google_analytics_ua_id =
;disable_gravatar = true

IP Address: 35.241.23.245
Port : 443

Just to make sure - you did remove the comment tags (";") in front of the lines you changed?

there are two type of row prefixes # and ;. Both of them are comments ?
