Grafana-synthetic-monitoring-app icon image is missing

  • What are you trying to achieve? See the main dashboard

  • How are you trying to achieve it? Going anywhere in Grafana

  • What happened? The Synthetic Monitoring icon on the left hand side is missing

  • What did you expect to happen? I expect it to show like the rest of the icons

  • Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?

    returns {“message”:“Plugin file not found”}. Other icons/logos show without a problem
    The dashboards displays the following test instead of the SVG: “Synthetic Monitoring logo”

@roy12 that sounds like an issue with the cloud instance. Even free users can open an issue for issues related to the platform availability or account issues. You can click Open a Support Ticket from the Cloud Portal to work with a support person. They may need to update the instance to redeploy that plugin for you.
