Help on using a contributed dashboard (#2630)

Hi Folks -
Contributed Dashboard 2630 looks great but there is no description of how the input datasource (elasticsearch) is constructed. What’s the best way to get help on using a contributed dashboard?

When a dashboard is uploaded to grafana.com, the form has fields for the collector configuration and a text area to fill in these types of details. In this case, the author has unfortunately not done that.

But it seems to be a copy of this dashboard which has links to a python and powershell script for collecting data: https://grafana.com/dashboards/878

Thanks, Daniel! Great observation about the copy! I’ll create indices using those scripts and give that a whirl!
