I am using Grafana version 6.3 and W10.
I want to share the dashboard I created. In other words, I want everyone to be able to view the dashboard with the link I will share.
I tried to share it with Link and Snapshot, but it gives a local connection link. I need to make it open to everyone.
When I tried with Raintank, I displayed a different error.

it looks like you are running Grafana on localhost. Are you running Grafana on a local machine at your home or on a server / VM on some cloud platform?
If I understand your question correctly, we use InfluxDB database.
Everyone can see the dashboard with the link I shared.
I also made the necessary configuration changes.
