How can we configure the threshold value as Global variable

Hi Team ,

I am able to edit threshold values through panels , how can we customize this to variable as global for all dashboards . Currently I am using the grafana 8.5.x version .
Can we configure the variable as env variable if we configure can we able to change the value if required .
