How to access the ${__all_variables} and ${__url_time_range} variable values in custom panel plugin

Greetings!!!

We are using the latest version of Grafana 7.2.1 and we could not be able to access the {__all_variables} and {__url_time_range} variables in custom panel plugin development with replaceVariables() function.

Please do the needful
