How to create panel in dashboard

I want to display my tens vps info in one dashboard, so I can see which vps is hot or not.

But now, I have to manual add panel one by one, It seems the http api can not add panel to dashboard.

In fact, I post similar request months ago, but seems you don’t answer my request.

It seems that http api only supports updating the whole dashboard which contains the panels.
