How to filter down loki variables with the new variable editor

Hey there,

im having hard time how to workout how to achieve something like this Loki (as Prometheus datasource) getting Job and Filename as a filter / variable for panel

in the new loki variable editor? in the 9.2 notes it does mention its backwards compatible but i cant seem to find anywhere to let me just define a manual query?

i just want to subset the label values based on other variables that have been selected i.e environment
