How to set alerts in grafana for CPU, Memory, Disk usage, Server up/down

Hi All,
Am unable to set alert using query (CPU > 70, Memory > 70, Disk usage >70, Server up/down) for my instances.am using node exporter for monitor server metric.
Any one help me to find the solution.
