I’m trying to figure out how to configure an alert in the new Grafana8 to escalate the notification after some time. I have defined two levels of nested escalations but failes and notification is only sent to the last one “2nd level of escalation”.

What happened?
It goes directly to the last level (2nd level escalation) without sending any notificaions to the prior levels. -
What did you expect to happen?
I want it to first send to “BO-Tools team” and then to “1st level of escalation” and later to “2nd level of escalation” with some time in between, if no one one corrects problem or supress the alert before. -
Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?
How should I set the parameters like “Group wait”, “Group Interval” and “Continue to evaluate subsequent sibling nodes” and so on.
