i pulled grafana instance using docker and run the grafana container, its running but when i add a dashboard no provisioning folder is present no grafana.db file nothing why the files are not created. where i can find them , i pulled and installed them using docker

Can you explain your situation a little more? Provision grafana requires more then simply running docker run grafana/grafana. Here is an example of a whole provision setup that uses docker compose:
