Is Possible to get value from time range grafana and put it inside query in table panel?

Version: Grafana v5.3.0
Datasource: SQLserver

Is possible to get value from grafana time range and put it inside a query like we do with variable? something like this:
SELECT * FROM orders WHERE date BETWEEN '[[from]]' AND '[[to]]'
