Issue on Grafana Image Renderer plugin

Hello Team,

We are using Grafana Enterprise version 8.4.4 (Free licensed) and we have installed Image Renderer plugin and we don’t see any snapshots getting generated while Alerts triggered in. Can someone help us on this issue. I have verified all the configurations & Log files and All look ok.
I’ve tried installing into another machine with the same configurations and it started working. These two machines have same configuration but I am finding hard to debug this issue. Is there any where I can check for logs/Patterns and do RCA?
