Issue with Grafana Alerts with IoT SiteWise

I have an issue in creating an Alert Rule with AWS IoT SiteWise as my source.
While I can use this source in building dashboards just fine, the following error appears when trying to creat a Rule:

Failed to evaluate queries and expressions: failed to execute conditions: input data must be a wide series but got type long (input refid)

As can be seen below, there is no difference in the query between the alert and Dashboard.

I’ve looked it up online and seen similar issues happening, but none with SiteWise, and none that had this discrepancy. Is there anything I can do to my data, Grafana or SiteWise to solve this?

I tried this on both a local instance of Grafana and Grafana Cloud.

I might try a different function and fiddle with the resolution. Here is a dashboard for iot sitewise on our public sandbox.

In this case, I tried rebuilding a new alert rule. I was getting your error until I changed the resolution to hourly.
