Link to Panel on Dashboard in closed Row

Hi,

We use links to specific Panels on Dashboards, and most work fine.
We do have a problem when the Panel is on a Row in the dashboard, and that Row is closed (not shows panels). It simply opens the Dashboard and has an error saying “Panel with ID # is not found”.

Aside from saving the Dashboard with the Row open (show all panels in Row), do you have any suggestions on how to deal with this scenario?

Which version of Grafana are you using?
It looks a lot like this bug that has been fixed in 7.0.3.
