Loki Stack Error

Hello,

We are using loki stack helm-charts/charts/loki-stack at main · grafana/helm-charts · GitHub in k8s

When in grafana we were able to see logs when setting the datasource as http://loki-svc-name:3100

However when trying to set this to be an Ingress so as other clusters can connect to this loki datasource we get the following error:

Loki: Cannot connect to Loki. 502. [object Object]

Any ideas for how to handle this?

Also within the docs for loki-stack there is no documentation for how to setup s3 for loki storage.
