Thanks for opening this post.
There are not really any special configuration settings for viewing it on mobile devices as it works out of the box.
I did find a few posts where users asked similar questions to view the dashboard better or in a customized mobile view (based on their device type). You can check them out as they contain good information about this topic:

I’m using Grafana 9.2.5 - and can provide an example where the auto mobile layout doesn’t work as desired.
PC view:
Note the six stats in the top-left corner.
Now shrink width to mobile view: the stats get separated.
I think it’s just scanning left-to-right and then top-to-bottom from the original layout.
In this example, I don’t need to have a totally custom mobile view, but I would like to group some panels to say “these should be displayed together”.
As far as I can tell though, the only way you can group panels is into rows.
