Order table by Alias Text

Hi there,

I have this values that i want to display on a table or DataTable plugins and i want to order them.
Those returned values are in a format not user friendly, that i then, using the Column Styles i convert into a string and transform the value into a text, line in the following example:

Is it possible to order the table by the new Text Values?
