Panel colour based on independent query

Hey folks,

Hope you’re all keeping safe and well!

Is it possible to make the stat panel’s colour change based on thresholds from another query?

I’ve got two Prometheus metrics which are related - one is the queue depth (so a count of how many tasks are in a queue), and one is the ‘waiting longest’ time. I’d like to change the colour of the queue depth panel based on the ‘waiting longest’ time being over 2 hours for example.

Any ideas? Or is this simply impossible?
