Ok folks enough is enough. 
I’m curious how come nobody stumbled upon this. In the mobile using Chrome if i click the panel tittle instead of showing context menu the panel jumps further down sort trying to rearrange itself. It’s kind of irritating what am I trying to do is actually scrolling. And if I happen to try to scroll when I happen to tap on title this thing happens. Anyone?
