I created a Grafana Cloud dashboard with a Tempo datasource. Then I created a snapshot with snapshots.raintank.io, which displayed my dashboard correctly. However, after a day, the same snapshot now shows:
“Panel plugin not found: traces”
What can I do about this bug? This is a terrible user experience.

Thanks for opening this issue. The traces panel was introduced in grafana 9, but it looks like the snapshot hosting instance is running grafana 8.5.1
I’ll open an internal issue to let the hosting team know.
@jkli our hosted team has upgraded the instance to 9.1.6 and are implementing a system to automate the rollout. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention
