Query tab of the Panel editor missing after upgrade to Grafana 7

I just upgrade to Grafana 7 and now I don’t see the Query tab in the Panel editor.
Dashboards and panels created prior to upgrade still working but I’m missing the ability add to or edit data sources/queries on the panels.
I can add data sources in the Organization Configuration
I can see and edit data sources/queries when I’m in Explore.

Update: This issues is only happens when using Firefox :frowning: I didn’t think to try in a different browser so I tried Chrome and I am able add data sources to panels.
