Request errors after automated PRTG Update (yesterday)

Is it because of the PRTG update? (It’s the only thing that had changed)
I’ve reinstalled grafana completely and it doesn’t work anymore (it worked before).
I don’t get the confirmation “PRTG Api version: 19.2.50.2842+” by pressing the “Save&Test” button anymore.

It’s working again.
Before it works in this format for the URL of the Database: http://x.x.x.x/api
Now i have to insert also the port: http://x.x.x.x:80/api
