What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
→ v9.3.2
What are you trying to achieve?
→ Display dashboard with some graphs and stats info.
How are you trying to achieve it?
→ With a BigQuery datasource.
What happened?
→ Long time to load the graphs. When looking at the network we see that the requests are getting canceled a few times before working.
What did you expect to happen?
→ The dashboard to load very fast. When I run the equivalent requests directly on BigQuery I get results in less than 1 sec.
Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?
→ I tried it locally on macOS and remotely on a GCE instance.
Did you receive any errors in the Grafana UI or in related logs? If so, please tell us exactly what they were.
→ No errors in Grafana UI but some info in the network logs and in the grafana service logs.

I know that this plugin is v.speciifc one and not all members may know about it so yes GitHub is the right place and especially in the case of long-running query times.
