Set dashboard to timezone other than UTC or local browser

Would really like to have my dashboards show time in an arbitrary timezone. My data is generated generally in UTC+8, but has other timezones as well. My data is stored in ES, which converts it to UTC, my users are in UTC-7, but would like to see the data in UTC+8, regardless of original timezone.

That doesn’t seem to be an option in the user profile or in the dashboard options to set the data display timezone other than UTC and local browser time.

That’s not currently supported. There are an open feature request for this at Grafana github repository.
