Show respective Dashboard on the basis of custom variable list fropdoen

I have a list of custom variable (cat1,cat2,cat3) dropdown being shown in DashboardMain. I have dashboards - Cat1-DashBoard, Cat2-DashBoard, Cat3-DashBoard. I need to show Cat1-DashBoard in DashboardMain, if I select cat1 from the dropdown. Show Cat2-DashBoard in DashboardMain, if I select cat2 from the dropdown.
I am newbie and need your help. Working on some time-sensitive task.

Is there much content differenxe between all the sub dashboards?

Yes! Ok. Can we add Panels based on some condition? Like if custom variable value is A, add a few panels from the Library Panels?
