Singlestat panel links don't work in IOS

Click events aren’t recognized on the Singlestat panel when run under IOS. Simple to reproduce:

  1. Add a singlestat panel with a link to another dashboard
  2. See that a click navigates to the other dashboard in non-IOS browsers
  3. See that it doesn’t do anything but show the hover text in IOS. No navigation.

Tested on iPhone and iPad.

Anyone else notice this issue?
